Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
